Congratulations to Hilary Duff and Husband Mike Comrie, who both welcomed a baby Boy, Luca Cruz Comrie on Tuesday night. Duff took to Twitter to confirm the birth last night, "Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy.".

Don't believe it's already been almost four months since we spotted Duff here in Toronto shopping!  Hope she's feeling inspired - would be amaze to hear some new Music from Duff soon and she has recording some new Music in recent months...

Well, what do ya know? Less than a day after we spot her flying into Toronto, I ran into the Multimedia Empire known as Hilary Duff shopping with BFF Leah Miller at Holt Renfrew. I was headed to Pusateri's 25th Anniversary Party, walking along Bloor Street, when I saw the Duo right in front of me. Avoiding the rush of Holiday Shoppers, they did a bit of last-minute Shopping at the Luxury Retailer just before Closing Time.  I must say the Mom-to-be was absolutely glowing, looking regal in her burnt orange Coat. It appears Duff is loving orange these days as she was seen in a large cozy Scarf at the Airport yesterday.

I regret not having a proper Camera, so the Blackberry Photo will have to do for now. After fumbling a bit doing a Self Portrait, Duff asked Miller to intervene and help snap the Shot for us.

The Ladies were browsing Lipsticks when I ran into them and it's good to know Duff knows where to go when she wants the best in the City! Who knows what these two BFFs will be up to next!

UPDATE: As it turns out, Duff will be appearing on the 30-minute Special E! PRESENTS: BIGGEST BREAK-UPS, HOOK-UPS & KNOCK-UPS OF 2011, premiering Friday, December 23, 2011 at 9:30 PM EST.  The Special will have the BFFs chatting about the likes of Kim Kardashian, Victoria Beckham, Jessica Simpson and more.

A v. pregnant Hilary Duff landed in Toronto from Los Angeles earlier tonight, flying solo to spend some quality time with her BFF, Canadian TV Personality Leah Miller. Duff, who was spotted pushing her own Luggage Cart - contents spilling over - got a bit of help from the Paparazzi after struggling a bit on her own.  Where is a Helping Hand when you need it?

Graciously Duff thanked the Photographers for helping her out, as is expected from the all-around lovely Multimedia Empire herself. Note that like Mommy-to-be Jessica Simpson, who was just in-town this weekend, Duff also is sporting a big-brimmed Hat.

Duff is due next Spring and we know so far that the Baby (whose Father is Hockey Player Mike Comrie) is a Boy, but the Expectant Mother might have a few hesitations already about his Career Path. The other day Duff was quoted saying, "I would support him no matter what, but I wouldn't tell him to be an Actor or Hockey Player. That would be really rough.".

Just this past March, Duff popped-by in Toronto after a long-delayed flight, visiting equally sweet Sister Haylie who was staying with Boyfriend Nick Zano. At that point he was filming ABC Family TV Movie, Desperately Seeking Santa which aired just last week in the U.S.
