Although she often stays in the City for Leisure and Love (thanks to you, Hayden Christensen), rarely does she promote in the City. Rachel Bilson is known best for her work on Young Adult Drama Series The O.C., but her reason for stay actually this time was well… Ice Cream. Bilson is the new Face for Magnum Ice Cream, taking the reins from Ivanka Trump who visited Toronto last Spring at eight-months-pregnant to promote the Brand. Her Visit was timed perfectly during the Heatwave we’ve been experiencing this week.

Despite there being many surprise Celebrities visiting CityTV’s Breakfast Television with Dina Pugliese today for their annual Upfronts, a good number of Fans waited solely for a chance to meet Bilson. Despite being in a rush to her next stop at CTV’s The Marilyn Denis Show, Bilson noticed her Fans outside the window, making her way out to take a few Photos and sign a few Autographs. Bilson looked stunning in blue, tastefully revealing in all the proper spots.

The Actress recently received word that her Series Hart of Dixie has been renewed for a second season and locally it can be seen on CHCH. Meanwhile, Magnum Ice Cream Minis are available now at many Grocery Stores (and even Shoppers Drug Mart) around the City.

Just as I eat my Double Chocolate Magnum Ice Cream Bar, I find out this great big of  news.  Congratulations to the gorgeous Ivanka Trump and her Husband Jared on the birth of their baby Daughter earlier today. Trump took to Facebook telling Fans the great news, "We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!".

No name announced yet.  Hopefully soon!

Being eight-months pregnant didn't stop Heiress/TV Personality/Author/Model and Entrepreneur Ivanka Trump from beginning her Maternity Leave.  Not yet at least anyway!  

Trump arrived in Toronto Tuesday night from New York City to help launch Dutch/UK Giant Magnum Ice Cream, in Canada.  The line of Ice Cream Bars has been a success overseas since the '80s, launching a new flavour annually.  Myself having tried an Magnum Almond Bar for the first time early April, was instantly impressed!  Surely it will give Haagen Dazs a run for their money.

A Media Bash was held at Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto on Wednesday night, with attendees enthused about seeing a v. pregnant Trump take the stage.  The following day, she woke up bright and early for her busy Toronto Press Tour which had her visiting CTV's The Marilyn Denis Show and CityTV's Breakfast Television and CityLine, among Print Press with Hello! Canada and Flare.

This is so tragic!  Baron Leopold Ferdinand Von Magnum the Third recently passed-on and as it appears, his Wife Henrietta Coco and Daughter Josephine Fortune apparently were left zilch.

It appears that he came from a long line of Belgian Chocolate Lovers and staying true to his Mantra, "A day without pleasure is a day lost", the Baron has called a Canadian search for a new Heir to his Magnum Ice Cream Empire.  This Heir must be worthy of his fortunes and equally love that delicious Belgian Chocolate which his ancestors were known to love.  Yes, that's right - the Baron wants one lucky Canadian to become the new Magnum Heir and win a $250,000 VIP Experience.

I am among the first batch of Canadians to experience the magic that is the Magnum Ice Cream Bar.  Creamy, velvet-like Ice Cream coated in silky smooth Chocolate.  My favourite is the Almond variety.  The portion is just right, as are the calories (just 271 of them!).  Heck, eat two of them and skip that Latte.
