NEW MUSIC: CAST OF GLEE - (I'VE HAD) THE TIME OF MY LIFE

It's Dirty Dancing fever allover again. Jennifer Grey makes a triumphant return to the spotlight earlier this week with a win on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. The Black Eyed Peas sample (I've Had) The Time of My Life by Jennifer Warnes & Bill Medley on their new hit single The Time (Dirty Bit) and now the cast of Glee do a rendition of the guilty pleasure on next week's episode. The track will also be on Glee: The Music, Vol. 4 in stores next Tuesday! Too amazing.

Although a bit more subdued with the Glee makeover, the whole cast gets a chance to shine on this version with Dianna Agron and Chord Overstreet on top and there's even a nice little Key Change thrown in for effect near the end. Love it. Best song ever. And anyone who doesn't have a soft spot for it needs to be charged with Perjury.

JENNIFER GREY CROWNED "DANCING WITH THE STARS" VICTRESS

Jennifer Grey with Dancing Partner Derek Hough
As if there was ever any doubt, Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey has taken back what's hers - the spotlight.  I've always loved her and found it a shame that due to various setbacks that occurred at the height of her career, she never really got her chance to shine again.  Chosen as the winner of Dancing with the Stars Season Eleven on ABC earlier this evening, Grey has reaffirmed her place as a rightful Star.

Grey defeated an eclectic field of Celebrity competitors this season including Michael Bolton, David Hasselhoff, Florence Henderson, Brandy, Bristol Palin, Audrina Patridge and many more.

The final order of finish in this evening's Finale based on Viewer's votes was:

1. Jennifer Grey
2. Kyle Massey
3. Bristol Palin

Perhaps we'll be seeing more of her soon?

DIRTY DANCING'S JENNIFER GREY BACK FOR DANCING WITH THE STARS

Yes! The moment we've all been waiting for - the return of Jennifer Grey! Many of us remember Grey of course for her star-making role in Dirty Dancing as Baby, opposite sadly-missed Patrick Swayze.

If we look back at Grey's career, things were going really well for her. And I mean extremely well for a young actress. She scored roles in great films like Red Dawn, The Cotton Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off before Dirty Dancing, which has grossed $214 million worldwide. Shortly after her star had risen, she landed a role opposite Madonna and Matt Dillon in 1989's forgettable Bloodhounds of Broadway.

Regrettably, Grey opted for Rhinoplasty (Nose Job) and all the negative publicity surrounding this is rumoured to haveing ontributed to her no longer being cast in marquee roles. Since then, her Resume has been filled with Television Movie after Television Movie, with the occasional cameo on a Sitcom. Shameful. I mean, Grey had the same girl-next-door likability of Sarah Jessica Parker, who eventually married her Ferris Bueller co-star Matthew Broderick, but things just never came to fruition for her.
