Great news! Additional Galas and Special Presentations have been added to the TIFF 2011 Lineup including some great ones - some which I predicted earlier:
Damsels in Distress – about four College Girls who aim to help depressed students, while meeting four handsome hunks who challenge their friendship. Stars Greta Gerwig and ANTM’s breakout star Analeigh Tipton.
Trespass – stars Nicole Kidman and Nicolas Cage as a wealthy couple held hostage in their own home by a team of intruders.
Winnie – Biopic about Winnie Mandela starring Jennifer Hudson and Terrence Howard.
Hysteria – true story about Woman who came-up with world’s first Vibrator; stars Maggie Gyllenhaal, Rupert Everett and Felicity Jones.
Violet & Daisy – Saoirse Ronan and Alexis Bledel star as two young Assasins who encounter a Man who alters the course of their lives.
Sleeping Beauty – about a young Woman who joins a secret Prostitution Ring, drinking a Tea which makes her fall asleep when with her clients; stars Emily Browning.
Page Eight – Bill Nighy stars as an M15 officer; his Boss dies suddenly leaving him with a File which could threaten the stability of his organization; also stars Rachel Weisz and Ralph Fiennes
The Awakening – Rebecca Hall stars as a Woman who is enlisted to visit a Boys’ School to expose false claims of Ghost sightings.
