HEIDI KLUM & SEAL TO SPLIT

Sad news. People Magazine reveals that Heidi Klum and her Husband of almost seven years Seal are  planning to file for Divorce. The Marriage is Klum's second and she prior was married to Ric Pipino and subsequently had a Daughter Helene, with Flavio Briatore.

A statement has not yet been issued, but the Couple spent the Holidays together with their three Children Henry, Johan and Lou, and were photographed publicly in Aspen on December 27, 2011.

UPDATE (1/22/12): It's official. Both Heidi Klum and Seal have issued a Statement to People Magazine, confirming their plans to split, reading: "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.".

HEIDI KLUM GREETS TORONTO FANS AT EATON CENTRE FOR FRAGRANCE "SHINE"

The gorgeous and talented Multimedia Empire known as Heidi Klum landed in Toronto last night from Los Angeles (sans Husband Seal) to promote her debut Fragrance from Coty Inc., SHINE.  Although she only did a limited bit of Press today including an appearance on CityTV's Cityline, she ensured more importantly that Fans got a bit of face time with her seeing that she rarely visits the City.  

This afternoon's event held at Eaton Centre, saw the Model/Actress/Fashion Designer/Television Personality signing Autographs and taking Photos with Fans who purchased her new Fragrance  - a spicy, sweet mixture of Pink Peppercorns, Vanilla and Floral Notes - via Shopper's Drug Mart at an exceptional value of $35.  The Retailer even threw-in a bonus bottle of Lotion as an added incentive.

Klum tells Breakfast Television and soon-to-be Canada's Got Talent Host Dina Pugliese that she has fond memories of Canada as her famous Husband had proposed to her on a trip to Whistler, British Columbia.  She also reveals that her Family actually has long dabbled in Fragrances, making her a natural at this new business venture.
