KRISTIN CHENOWETH AT TORONTO'S MASSEY HALL

Kristin Chenoweth in Toronto - June 2012
The brilliant Kristin Chenoweth arrived in Toronto yesterday for a one-night-only Show at Massey Hall.  Known best for originating the role of Glinda in the Broadway Musical Wicked, the Tony and Emmy Award-winning Singer/Actress' profile was boosted further by a Guest Role on FOX's Glee as April Rhodes and also a starring Role on the now-defunct GCB.

Although she was scheduled to appear at Holt Renfrew's Holiday Window Reveal alongside Feist back in November 2009, she unfortunately had cancelled, making it a long gap between Toronto visits. Fans however were left satiated after her Concert tonight with Reviews on Twitter ranging from "amazing" to "fantastic" and "floored".

Chenoweth arrived at Massey Hall in good spirits a few hours early after doing a bit of shopping around Yorkville, stopping-off at Holt Renfrew (coincidentally) and also Hazelton Lanes' TNT.  Complaining of a headache, she still was a Good Sport signing Autographs and taking Photos with a select few Fans despite her Handler deterring others from asking.

There is no rest for the "wicked" indeed, as Chenoweth is Ohio-bound after tonight's Show, wrapping-up her Tour at the end of June in Oklahoma.

CHARLIE SHEEN HOLDS WALK IN TORONTO FOR BIPOLAR AFFECTIVE DISORDERS

Charlie Sheen & his Goddesses walk to benefit Organization for Bipolar Affective Disorders
Absolutely out-of-the-blue, Actor Charlie Sheen announced in the wee hours of the morning via Twitter today  that he would be holding a Walk to raise awareness for Bipolar Affective Disorders. The Walk was to begin today at 6:00 PM at his Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton, concluding at the venue of his Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is not an Option Tour, Massey Hall.

Calgary-based Organization for Bipolar Affective Disorders was shocked to learn earlier today of Sheen's decision to spontaneously to throw a Fundraiser, offering to match every dollar donated for the cause. Above this, $1.00 from each ticket sold from his Tour will be donated towards Disaster Relief in Japan.

Fans grew restless as the Walk began 45 minutes late at Sheen's Hotel, opening off with a Speech where the Actor confessed, "I'm not sure what the fuck Bipolar even means!".  With Helicopters flying over the City and Police being rushed-in at the last minute to keep everything in order, Sheen, two of his Goddesses (Bree Olsen, Natalie Kenly) and Co. journeyed along University Ave., onto Queen St., up to Yonge St. and then over to Shuter St. where even more Fans were waiting at the venue to catch a glimpse of the charismatic Star.

Upon completing the Walk, Sheen took to a balcony at Massey Hall, addressing the cheering crowd in the manner of Eva Perón to Argentina. "That was epic!" he proclaimed, before thanking all involved in making the Walk a success.  He also reaffirmed his commitment to matching all donations made today dollar for dollar, before heading off to prepare for his Show.

Did that seriously just happen?

See some more snaps I got of Sheen below:

CHARLIE SHEEN CAUSES FRENZY AT TORONTO'S MASSEY HALL

Charlie Sheen at Massey Hall
It's been a while since Toronto has witnessed this much Star Power and Charlie Sheen since arriving yesterday via a Private Jet at Toronto Pearson International Airport, has had the City all abuzz with talk about him and his Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is not an Option Tour.  Fans and Media alike have staked out his Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton in hopes of a glimpse.  Simply put, it was chaos outside Massey Hall upon Sheen & Co.'s arrival around 7:30 PM this evening.  Everybody wants a piece of him.

Just earlier, Ontario's Health Promotion Minister Margarett Best had issued a warning to Sheen concerning our Province's anti-indoor Smoking Laws.  Even Sean Penn's Celebrity Power couldn't grant him special treatment, having been slapped with a $600 fine by Toronto's Health Department back during TIFF 2006.  Massey Hall could have faced up to a $100k fine should Sheen have been found to be smoking within the venue.

TMZ reports that Sheen, who has smoked on other stops of his Tour on-stage, apparently found a way to work around the Law, lighting up an Electronic Cigarette before the audience.  If this is what Sheen calls "winning", then it was a sneaky victory, indeed!
