Dr. Oz (né Mehmet Cengiz Oz) flew-in to Toronto for a special appearance at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts. The two-time Emmy Award Winning TV Host/Surgeon and Author whose career was propelled with the help of Oprah Winfrey and Larry King, spoke earlier today at an event called All About You: Revitalizing your Life with Dr. Oz. His focus today was discussing how to reverse the Epidemic of Obesity and isn't so much focused on weight loss per say as "waist loss".

• Understanding the biology of blubber drives weight loss
• Chronic Stress leads to emotional eating
• Inadequate sleep hard wires you to over eat
Proceeds from the Event were to go to the MukiBaum Treatment Centres for Children and Adults with Complex Disabilities.
The "ozsome" Dr. Oz arrived shortly before 2:00 PM, stopping to pose for Photos with a few Fans braving the remnants of the weekend's Flash Freeze, with the help of a Bodyguard snapping. He insisted that a Photo be taken of him by the Stage Door on his Cell Phone, Tweeting it here.
