Chef Wolfgang Puck breaks his Menu item-by-item with PopSugar. 300 Chefs and 600 Waiters/Waitresses will be staffed for Hollywood's biggest night, serving some elaborate creations like Lobster Cocktail, Sushi, Hamachi, Mini Pastrami Sandwiches, Mini Kobe Beef Burgers, California Salad, Dover Sole, Black Truffle Pizza and more. Puck indicates that over $25,000 was spent on Black Truffles at $1,000 per pound. Each Guest also will receive a Chocolate Oscar covered in 25k Gold.
