Just after seeing him Friday night in Toronto, Motley Crue rocker Vince Neil has been arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
As I was doing a quick stroll Friday night, I saw Neil sitting in front of a window at Four Seasons Hotel's Lobby Lounge with a blonde companion on his lap. A gentleman who lounged complacently also at the table, gazed out the window like a bored employee at the worst job ever. Fans were gesturing outside the window to get an autograph from him to which he said "yes", but ultimately he failed to deliver his promise.
