RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS IN TORONTO FOR THE EDGE'S "ROCK OF FAME"

Red Hot Chili Peppers in Toronto - April 2012 (L to R: Chad Smith & Mr. Will-W., Josh Klinghoffer, Anthony Kiedis, Chad Smith)
Seven-time GRAMMY Winners Red Hot Chili Peppers not only played two packed shows at Air Canada Centre last night and tonight, but also made time to drop-by The Edge's Sugar Beach Studios to be inducted into their Rock of Fame this afternoon. The Band just two weeks ago was honoured at Ohio's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  They currently are touring in support of their 2011 Disc, I'm with You from Warner Music.

Members Anthony Kiedis (Lead Vocals), Michael "Flea" Balzary (Bass), Josh Klinghoffer (Guitar) and Chad Smith (Drums) hit the town in Yorkville last night, stopping to sign Autographs for Fans and while they were a little more low-key this afternoon, Smith did go out to see a Movie at Manulife Centre, while Klinghoffer had to step-out quickly to tune-up his Guitar.

Fans who queued-up outside their chic five-star Hotel before their visit to The Edge were able to get a quick glimpse of the Band, whom have sold over 65 million Albums worldwide. Frontman Kiedis, sporting a cropped-down Coif used his Scooter to transport himself briskly into the Band's Van without even a wave. He did appear in good spirits, looking well-younger than his 49 years would suggest.  Click here to see a clearer shot of him at the Rock of Fame this afternoon.

Red Hot Chili Peppers are headed next to Ottawa's Scotiabank Place, before stopping-off at Montreal's Bell Centre on Wednesday night.
