84th Academy Awards.
Uggie, the brilliant

The Artist has been snubbed by the Academy, failing to receive an invite to partake in any of the celebrations, sparking an outcry from his Supporters. One of his biggest champions is
Harvey Levin of
TMZ who created this well-intentioned Video pleading for
Uggie to garner some recognition, but unfortunately things sour near the end of it with the recent
Golden Collar Award Winner nipping
Levin as he leans-in to pet him.
