Congratulations to Tina Fey who birthed her second Daughter Penelope Athena on Wednesday, as revealed first by People Magazine! Penelope Athena's name pays its respects to the Greek heritage in Fey's maternal line.
This is the second Child for Composer Jeffrey Richmond and Fey, with their first Daughter Alice now being five years-old.
