I realize that my opinion will be unpopular, but tonight's season premiere of Glee well... kinda disappointed. It seems the show this season will be taking on a romantic love-triangle theme from multiple character angles with the introduction of a couple new faces in the mix like broadway stars Idina Menzel and Jonathan Groff playing new love interests to Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and Rachel (Lea Michele) respectively. The theme is too commonly done and instead of focusing more on the laughs, the premiere focused on the drama, threaded by a commonality of songs with a "Hello" theme.
And after all the build-up and hype, am I the only one who thought tonight was going to be the all-Madonna episode? It looks now like next week will be the big unveiling of that. (Photo credit: Fox)
