JULIA ROBERTS IN TORONTO FOR JESUS HENRY CHRIST

They say things always happen in Threes and that would apply to my crossing paths today finally with Julia Roberts.  Last week I met her ex-fiancé Kiefer Sutherland and older brother Eric.  And now today, at long last I got to meet the Oscar-winning, once Highest Paid Actress in Hollywood herself.  I'll  be honest - I was down a bit that I didn't get a chance to see her a couple weeks ago when sightings of her were first reported in Toronto.  I was fully convinced that she would not be returning again after seeing photos of her in Mexico last week in Cancun promoting Eat Pray Love.  Fortunately in this instance, I was wrong.

After scoping out the set today of Jesus Henry Christ, produced by Julia Roberts' Red Om Films, I was nudged by a friend to look to my left after having been in a heat and humidity-induced trance.  Low and behold, there she was.  Incognito in a pair of Sunglasses, a Bucket Hat, Sleeveless Tee and Khaki Shorts, she could be seen exchanging kisses on the grass with husband Daniel Moder, who is currently at work behind-the-scenes on the project also.  

Noticing her make her exit from the venue, we scurried a few steps ahead of her.  Prepared as always, I had a promotional 8x10 from upcoming film Eat Pray Love on-hand. Her initial reaction was one of shock as she did not expect anyone to notice her, asking "How did you guys know?  The likelihood of this happening is next to impossible."  Clearly an expert at controlling a situation of panic, Roberts made it very clear from the get-go that she would appreciate our refraining from taking photographs of her today as what we saw was not her "Hollywood Face".  How could you argue with her when she was so nice about it? 

Roberts was amazingly sweet and personalized my photo to me, before wishing us all well and heading back to her lodgings - get this - by foot, not Production Vehicle.... but not without our showering her with praise first!  Notoriously protective of her children, they (luckily) were nowhere in sight today, as she definitely wouldn't have been this accessible with them by her side.  Thank you, Julia Roberts.  You are wonderful and beautiful even without your Hollywood Face.  You're  everything Toni Collette isn't.

Just look.  *scream*

And delivering on my promise to not photograph her face, I did just that and took pictures only of her from the side and back.  LOL

For those of you looking to scope out the set of Jesus Henry Christ, I've just received word the set has changed locations again and unfortunately I have no idea where it has shifted to.  Good luck to those of you who are trying still.
