My Week with Marilyn is told from the perspective of
Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne), an Employee of
Sir Laurence Olivier's
(Kenneth Branagh). He documents the tense interaction between
Olivier and
Marilyn Monroe (
Michelle Williams) during production of
The Prince and the Showgirl and also the week in which he accompanies her while
Arthur Miller (Dougray Scott), Monroe's Husband, leaves Britain. The Film also stars
Judi Dench, Emma Watson and
Dominic Cooper.
